Covenant Environmental, LLC, a Mechanical Engineering and Contracting HVAC Company, located in Hartland, MI is looking for a full-time Office Assistant.

Starting pay $23.
00 and up.
Compensation is based on experience.
Position is available immediately.
Some of the job duties include:
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Coordinate and manage projects, including tracking progress and deadlines.
Type & send proposals.
Process purchase orders and new jobs.
Transcribe and proofread documents.
Assist with event planning and coordination.
Perform receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Maintain office supplies and inventory.
Maintain vehicle service reports up to date.
File and organize paper and electronic documents.
Assist the Service Department.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to type, scan and fax.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the construction field is a plus but not required.
