Safe work environment On-the-job training Duties:
- Perform concrete-related tasks such as pouring, leveling, and finishing - Assist with the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and removing debris - Set up and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding - Operate power tools and equipment to cut, shape, and smooth concrete surfaces - Assist in the installation of rebar and wire mesh for reinforcement - Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or machinery - Repair and renovate existing concrete structures - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Skills:
-NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Willing to encourage, and train and help you learn the skills and tools you need to be successful in the construction/concrete field.
