In this role, you will contact warm leads to schedule portrait sessions while providing excellent service to our customers.

Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues or complaints.
Conduct warm calling to existing customers to introduce new products or services.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Qualifications:
Experience in telemarketing and customer service.
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively.
Previous experience in sales, inside sales, or business development preferred.
Proficiency in computer usage; training provided on CRM.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
