Summary:
The Millwork Counter Specialist is responsible for assisting the sales team to execute counter sales from inception to completion.
This role includes assisting with prospect inquiries, design, materials selection, estimating, scheduling, working with suppliers, shipping, billing and quality control.
This role also involves identifying new business opportunities, product development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Build a solid knowledge base of counter features, benefits, designs, materials and production techniques.
Work with the sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal admin teams, including production, installation, billing and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, design, estimating, execution, quality control and customer satisfaction.
Work with design team to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for clients including selection of materials, features and finishes.
Prepare accurate price quotations and proposals for sales team in response to client inquiries.
Determine timelines and project costs and present accurate estimates to clients, obtain client's approval, and collect deposits.
Work with sales team and vendors to monitor production flow to meet delivery scheduled and installation dates.
Create and nurture relationships with vendor manufactures and suppliers.
Manage project execution with vendors by being the main contact, key decision maker and primary trouble shooter.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing solutions.
Work with sales team to follow up with clients after sales to gather feedback and maintain relationships.
Help identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop strategies to expand product offerings within counter product line.
Monitor department performance, sales trends, and market conditions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
Provide product knowledge training to team members as needed.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Offer exceptional customer service.
Update the CRM system by entering prospect and customer information and documenting all relevant interactions including follow-ups.

Qualifications:
3-5 years minimum experience in the Millwork Project or the Project Management field, either residential or commercial, we are willing to train the right person.
Understand the processes behind the engineering, fabrication, finishing and installation of architectural casework and millwork.
Ability to manage multiple projects.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
