, a premier DME company is seeking a dedicated File Clerk who wants to be part of a company who make a difference in patient's lives.
In this position you will be responsible for filing various types of paperwork in alphabetical or numerical order or according to the filing system used and locating and removing material from file when requested.

Responsibilities:
Audit and scan files into digital system oAdds new material to file records and create new files as needed oPrepares labels for new files oFinds and retrieves information from files in response to requests from authorized users oKeeps records of files removed oModifies and improves filing systems oPerforms periodic inspections of files in order to ensure correct placement of materials Job Requirements:
oHigh school diploma or GED equivalent oConfidentiality a must oStrong organizational skills oAttention to detail oAbility to work with little supervision oAbility to prioritize and multi-tasks Preferred:
o1 year experience in medical field and administrative record management Job Type:
