3-5 years of experience in quality engineering/quality control.
Experience working in the Automotive industry.
Experience in sheet metal manufacturing/sheet metal stamping.
Manufacturing Engineering VA/VE.
Experience working directly with customers/clients.
APQP, PPAP Training/Guidance involvement with level A & B Engineers.
Experience with launch methodology processes.
R&D experience.
Experience with Quotes, Develop Process, Timing, Quality, & Capacity.

Responsibilities:
Leads a team consisting of Quality Facilitators, QA auditors, and customer liaisons.
Supports production personnel by helping to resolve process problemsLeads, and supports root cause investigation (8D's) of non-conformances and maintains the corrective action systemCommunicate customer complaints/concerns to the teamAudit and track supplier quality performanceUnderstands and knows the customer's systems (GM, Stellantis, Ford)Completes job performance on each individual on time and accuratelyWorks with the IATF team to support internal and external auditsMonitors and track internal deviationsPerforms weekly LPA (Layered process audits)Continually monitors and develops processes that improve qualitySupports the Executive Manager of QualitySupports Quality Liaisons at plant meetingInterested in hearing more?
