1. Ensures proper setup and necessary changes are made before operation of die cast machines.
2. Identifies proper part numbers and reads work order tickets.
3. Understands the use of casting charts and end ring molds.
4. Accurately prepares and places lamination end ring dies into fixtures.
5. Ensures proper operation of die cast machines.
6. Knowledge of rotor lamination desired.
7. Must understand use of casting charts and end ring molds.
8. Must be able to read work order tickets and part numbers.
9. Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Periodically lifting up to 70 pounds may be required using two employees or by using overhead hoist.
10. Must have ability to withstand high temperatures.
11. Must be in good physical condition for frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling and constant standing.
