Recruiting is a creative process it takes someone who will use their real-world experiences to connect talent to opportunities in a quick and efficient manner. You will need to understand our client's unique needs and recruits individuals who are not only a perfect fit on the talent side, but also a good cultural fit.

What might you do in a typical day?
o Recruit new employees through a variety of channels.
LinkedIn, Job Boards, Associations, Networking, Internet Searches, Social Media, Attend Career Fairs and Hiring Events
o Interview potential employees, process applications, conduct employment verifications, onboarding and training
o Reporting, attendance tracking and updating database.

Job Requirements:
o High School Diploma or G.E.D.
o Recruiting experience highly desired, however 2 or 4 year degree in business, sales, or human resources coupled with real world experiences, strong work ethic and desire to learn may be considered.
o Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
MS Word, Excel and typing speed of 40

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
