Grounds & House Keeper
We are seeking detail oriented Housekeepers and Groundskeepers with previous professional cleaning and grounds experience to join our team. Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the interior common areas and amenities of our communities in a safe manner.
Qualifications we look for in our housekeeping staff:
Previous housekeeping and/or janitorial experience
A team player
Positive attitude
Attention to detail
Possess good communication skills
Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals
Position requirements:
Must be able to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
Requires lots of walking within a faced paced environment
Maintenance grounds
Assist maintenance team cleaning apartments when/if needed
Attention to property curb appeal
Reliable transportation
