Scheduler/ Administrative Assistant/ Caregiver

Scheduling Responsibilities include:
Making schedule for care giving staff,
Handle all requests for time off (with assistance from Director),
Be on call for care giver call-ins on a bi-weekly basis (7 days on/ 7 days off),
Responsible for shift coverage for any call-ins during 7 days on.
Administrative Role (2 days per week):
Assist Director with filing of all paperwork
Assist Director with new resident paperwork,
Assist with assessments of potential new residents
Fill in for Director when she is out of the office.
Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary team of clinicians
Communicate effectively with residents and family members.
Assist with end of month medication review & billing
Keep stock of supplies.
Caregiving responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Assistance with dressing and undressing,
Toileting/ incontinent care, showers,
Transfer assistance, and medication reminders.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
